EHR Software Vendors, Technical Service Consultants and HISPs that are interested in participating in the RI REC Vendor Marketplace can begin the process now by completing our Vendor Information Form.
Note: After you complete the Vendor Information Form, you cannot return to the completed form. To keep a record of your answers, consider printing each page of the form as you complete it. Use the Contact Us link in the footer if you have any problems or questions regarding this form.
RI REC will notify vendors when the Application to Particpate period reopens. If you already completed the Vendor Information Form, your information was added to our distribution list. You automatically will receive information regarding the next Vendor Marketplace Application to Participate period.
