I found EHR made me more efficient, especially at tracking preventative care interventions. It also has saved a lot on transcription costs over the years.

What advice would you offer a physician planning to adopt an EHR?
I would advise (if possible) to adopt slowly to allow you (and your staff) to grow accustomed to the new system and work flow.
