This might be a useful reference. It would complement the info/services provided on this site by the REC. It does not appear that you need to be an ACP member to join or benefit from the information on the site.
The American EHR Partners site has tools that complement what we have on this site, including a readiness assessment tool and an EHR selection tool that includes user satisfaction survey data from a broad population of physicians. There is a resource for preparing a "Request for Information" (RFI) from vendors.
It is not a substitute for what we have here, since in order to be eligible for the incentives and services provided by the REC, you need to register with the REC, plus we have Rhode Island-specific resources at docEHRtalk.org that nobody else has.
