RI PCMH Practice Featured in National Publication

Coincidentally, I had a chance to speak to one of the Aquidneck doctors (not Dr. Gorelick) at a meeting this week. This internist, who several years ago told me that he dreaded the thought of adopting an EHR and hoped he'd be retired by the time they arrived, was effusive about the transformation of his practice that resulted from EHR adoption and participation in the PCMH program with Blue Cross. I found his enthusiasm for the PCMH model inspiring.
