My understanding is that states have the ability to decide when to provide the Medicaid stimulus funding.  Does anyone know who decides and when the funding is to be available in R.I.?

Regarding the CMS stimulus funding, pediatricians won't see enough Medicare patients so their only hope on qualifying would be the Medicaid stimulus funds.  As was mentioned in another...

I belong to a group pediatric practice in Rhode Island. Does anybody know if RiteCare patients count as Medicaid enrollment in a practice, to meet the 20% Medicaid requirement for stimulus money...

If I already have and use an Electronic Health Record, would I be eligible for stimulus funds?  And if so, would I get less money than someone who adopts now?
