The RI Regional Extension Center supports providers in the Direct Messaging adoption process. Our Direct Adoption Program offers all providers access to our Vendor Marketplace.
RI REC’s Direct Adoption Program offers the following services:

| HISP Vendor Marketplace | • Ensure best practice functionality and services • Support choice among the provider community • Include discounts and guarantees vendor participation in Vendor Expos |
| Relationship Managers | • Provide tailored support to eligible PCPs throughout the vendor selection and adoption process |
| Operations/ Member Services | • Support basic inquiries about the Direct Program for eligible PCPs, non-eligible PCPs, and specialists |
| RI Trust Community (optional) | • Opportunity to enroll in the RI Trust Community that will ensure to end-recipients that members are trusted Direct users vetted by RIQI • Provide members with an RIQI-signed digital certificate |
| Education and Outreach | • Educational presentations, provider-level roadmap, step-by-step set-up guides, and educational collateral |
